Guidelines for oral and poster presentations
Oral Presentations
Please note that time allocations for oral presentations are as follows:
Contributed presentations should be 20 minutes total including ample time for questions (15 + 5).
Invited presentations should be 25 minutes total including ample time for questions (20 + 5).
Plenary talks should be 45 minutes total including ample time for questions.
Slides and talks must be in English.
Bring your own laptop or a memory stick to use the conference´s master laptop, and test your presentation during the break before the session.
Poster Presentations
The maximum surface area available for posters is DINA0 (871x1220 mm) portrait.
The text must be in English.
Fixing: double-sided tape (provided by the conference).
A sign with your poster number (P1-1, P1-2, …P2-1, P2-2, etc.) will indicate the location where you are to display your work. When preparing your poster, please include the title of your presentation and the author list.
Poster presenters are requested to be present at (or near) their posters during the poster sessions (see schedule online) to allow for the exchange of ideas with participants.
