An extended version of the accepted abstracts can be submitted to be included in the Conference Proceedings published by the IEEE.

** PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINE: JANUARY, 31th, 2017 **

All the papers must be written in English. Please, read carefully the following guidelines to prepare and upload your file:

• The camera-ready paper should be converted into the appropriate PDF format after being redacted according to one of the following templates (MS Word or LATEX).

• The length of the paper is limited to four pages, including text and figures.

• Before Creating a PDF, please, do not delete the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of your source document (if appearing). Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

• IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs are required to conference operations. Not all commercial PDF creators provide compliant formats, so authors are recommended to use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate their papers.

• Use the IEEE PDF eXpress utility

In order to create a compliant IEEE Xplore®-PDF, first create your PDF eXpress Account by log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM Site (http://www.pdf-express.org/)

• First-time users should do the following:

1. Click the option: ‘New Users - Click here’
2. Enter the following information:
     • 41174X for the Conference ID.
     • your email address, and re-type for confirmation.
     • a password.
3. Continue to enter information as prompted. It involves uploading the WORD or LaTeX file.
4. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

• Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
