Proceedings
Participants are encouraged to submit an extended version of the accepted abstracts to be included in the Conference Proceedings, which will be published online in IEEE Xplore.
Manuscripts (the PDF file validated through the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site) must be submitted by November 2, 2018, by means of the upload page.
Manuscripts will be peer-reviewed prior to publication.
Preparing your paper
Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared following the format of one of these templates: MS Word or LaTeX.
The number of pages per paper is limited as follows (including text and figures):
- Invited papers: 6 pages
- Contributed papers (both oral and poster): 4 pages
The camera-ready paper should be converted into the appropriate PDF format.
Before creating the PDF, please, do not delete the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of your source document in case you are using the MS Word template. If you are using the Latex template, please add the following copyright notice at the bottom of the first page: 978-1-5386-5779-9/18/$31.00 ©2018 IEEE Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs are required to conference operations. Not all commercial PDF creators provide compliant formats, so authors are requested to use the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to validate their papers.
In order to create a compliant IEEE Xplore®-PDF, first create your PDF eXpress Account by logging in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site.
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users - Click Here link.
- Enter the following:
- 44388XP for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password - Continue to enter information as prompted. It involves uploading the WORD or LaTeX file.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
