REGULAR and STUDENT registration fees include admission to all the conference sessions, conference materials, online publication of the paper in the Conference Proceedings, lunches (3), coffee breaks and refreshments, welcome reception and gala dinner.

In order to qualify for student registration, proof of student status (e.g. copy of student ID card or letter from supervisor) must be provided to the Administrative Secretariat.

Refund and cancellation policy

Before or on October 28^th, 2018 registration fees may be refunded, although 15% will be charged in concept of bank and administrative charges.
After October 28^th, 2018 no registration fees will be refunded.
No refunds will be made in case of non-attendance to the Conference.
A substitution of attendees may be made at any time with no charge.
Refunds will be made once the Conference is over.
