Extended version
An extended version of the accepted abstract will serve as final publication of record of the conference and will be sent for potential inclusion in the IEEEXplore digital library.
To submit the extend version, login to the submission system below and then use "Create Camera Ready Submission" and "Submit IEEE Copyright Form". Note that failure to comply with these requirements by May 5th, 2021, might mean exclusion from the proceedings sent to IEEEXplore.

All papers will go through a plagiarism screening process and those papers whose content is found to be plagiarized
(including the case of self-plagiarism) will be excluded from submission to IEEEXplore. Other disciplinary actions might also be taken.
