Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit abstracts of their work in English.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and submitted for
inclusion in IEEE Xplore on‐line digital library.

Submit a PDF document with the abstract. The document should follow the template below and contain one page with text content and one page with figures.Submission of abstract
Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works that is
currently not under review somewhere else. The Conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by
comparing them with millions of other articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate IEEE's publication
principles may be rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
After submission wait for the accept/reject message sent to the contact author. If accepted,
you will be asked to submit a 4-page extended final version. If not, take the reviewer comments as a help
to improve your paper for the future.
By submitting a paper, the authors agree to take part in the peer review process and perform a fair review of other
papers submitted, if invited by members of the Program Committee.
